Being in a cafe is more than drinking coffee, it is about enjoying an experience - tasting a unique coffee in a place that either brings productivity or relaxation. Today, this experience goes beyond a Starbucks coffee shop.
With the market looking for different experiences, many new cafes have sprung up. Some belonged to the so-called Second Wave characterized by commercialization and the Third Wave defined by passion, interest, and skills. Competition in the industry had intensified.
This blog means to share my personal experiences in different cafes - their ambiance, their food, and their service. Is their price reasonable and worth it? Though I am not an expert food, coffee, or milk tea critic, I enjoy going to cafes and I do like differentiating the experiences.
